In a surprising turn for pop music lovers, singers Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato are gonna be teaming up for an Instagram live stream, scheduled for March 17.

Miley Cyrus made the amazing announcement on her Instagram Story on Monday, March 16. The 27-year-old 'Don't Call Me Angel' singer is hosting an Instagram Live series, titled 'Brightminded Live With Miley' which broadcasts daily and where she is joined by special guests to discuss how to "bring light to a dark time".

In a 1-minute video clip, Cyrus tells the camera, "I am totally freaking out and I think my fans and followers will be doing the same, 'Brightminded Live With Miley' just went to a whole new level".

She goes on with the announcement, "One of the most inspiring women that I have the honor of calling a friend for the last probably 15 years has made herself available to be on my InstaLive show tomorrow at 11.30 am PT which is going to be happening Monday through Friday."

She reveals, "Y'all are literally going to freak out, Demi Lovato is going to be on my show tomorrow and we're going to be talking about ways she stays strong, optimistic and helpful exercises that she actively uses to be Brightminded".

After concluding with, "I am so excited for tomorrow," Cyrus added an Instagram filter that read, "name a better duo".

As many will know, Cyrus and Lovato for over a decade now, along with pop singer Selena Gomez, are three former Disney Channel stars. Their friendship has been in the public spotlight since their early beginnings, although there were many rumors that there was a feud between them.

According to Hola!, in an interview with the radio show 'Capital Breakfast' in May last year, Cyrus cleared any doubt that there was any beef between them. She revealed that "there was never any competition" between them growing up.

Now, the new Instagram show comes as a warm reminder that massively famous pop stars don't always have to be feuding in the industry and can work together. The last time Cyrus and Lovato joined forces was in 2009 on Disney's 'Send It On' anthem which also featured Selena Gomez and the Jonas Brothers.

Lovato will feature on Cyrus' Instagram Live on Tuesday, March 17 at 11.30 am PT. Watch the announcement via the Twitter channel Pop Crave here.
