You might know her from “Married to Jonas” or simply as wife of Kevin Jonas, the eldest of the Jonas Brothers. But there’s more to Danielle Jonas than what you might know. She is also a mother of two and a celebrity mom, for that matter, and she is an entrepreneur of a fashion jewelry brand.

Early years and love life

Danielle hails from New Jersey and used to work as a hair dresser before she met Kevin. In 2007, her family was vacationing in the Bahamas, just like Kevin’s family, when they met. After dating for two years, they got married in 2009.

In 2012, Danielle featured in the reality TV show, ‘Married to Jonas’, which explored her marriage to Kevin. With the Jonas Brothers being a popular boy band, the show made quite a round and ran for two seasons. The first season of the show also followed Danielle’s personal struggles with her mother-in-law, Denise Jonas.

In 2019 and 2020, the Jonas Brothers released their latest music videos “Sucker”, followed by “What a Man Gotta Do”, featuring the wives of all three brothers, including Danielle, along with Priyanka Chopra and Sophie Turner.

In her words, Danielle found working on the music videos, “Both equally as fun in different ways!"

Starting her own venture

After the reality show ended, Danielle went on to start her own business. In 2013, she and Kevin joined hands with Dreft (the Proctor & Gamble brand) to launch an app for newbie parents. As a part of the brand campaign, Danielle live tweeted the birth of their elder daughter.

Later, in 2018, after a five-year hiatus, Danielle launched her second business venture, which remains her signature to date and has become synonymous to her reputation.

The eponymous fashion jewelry brand has three collections. “Moments” featuring nameplate necklaces and birthstone encrusted pieces; “New Beginnings” featuring necklaces, earrings, and rings; and “Perla” featuring link designs and diamond-studded pieces.

As she explained in an interview, her designs are inspired by her grandmother’s jewelry collection and her pieces, by her daughters. You can explore all her collections and designs on her brand website.

At present, the jewelry designer and entrepreneur is working on her launching her upcoming collection, which could be silver-based (since the existing ones are all in gold).
Danielle Jonas is currently under lockdown at home, with her husband and two daughters, enjoying quality family time.
