'Crisis on Infinite Earths': What makes The Flash the rightful and more natural leader of the Justice League?

The 'Crisis' may have heavily revolved around Oliver Queen. The responsibility now lies on Barry to pick up where Oliver left off. After all, the Green Arrow did call him a 'real hero'.

The final minutes of Arrowverse's epic multiverse-breaking battle ended with the formation of Earth-Prime and a reborn multiverse. The aftermath also saw the formation of the Justice League (can be more accurately termed as the Hall of Justice) after Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) introduces Sara Lance, J'onn J'onzz, Kara Danvers aka Supergirl (Melissa Benoist), Clark Kent aka Superman (Tyler Hoechlin), Kate Kane aka Batwoman (Ruby Rose), and Jefferson Pierce aka Black Lightning (Cress Williams) to join him in creating a new team to fight against the threats no single hero can face.

While the comics always portrayed Superman as one of the founding members and the leaders of the Justice League, the Arrowverse takes a different turn with The Flash introducing the newly-formed league. At this stage, the working theory maybe that Barry will lead the Justice League. And rightfully so. Barry's story started just after Green Arrow (Oliver Queen) donned the cape to rid Star City of evil and after Barry gained his powers following the particle reactor explosion in Central City, he dedicated his life to the same cause.

We have seen Barry face deadly villains in over the last few seasons, and each fight, the Scarlet Speedster has learned on the go. We have seen Barry fall, and with every mistake, he's learned to be a better version — as Barry and as the Flash. We see him as a true leader of Team Flash who manages to neutralize almost every threat that comes their way. It was predicted by the Anti-Monitor that he would die in the 'Crisis', but Barry, who prepared himself for the moment, was saved by Barry Allen from Earth-90 (Jon Wesley Shipp).  His life was saved before by Oliver who made a deal with the Monitor to spare Barry and Kara from dying in the epic battle.

It just looks like Barry was destined to survive for a greater purpose. And he was the Paragon of Love for a reason. This was a superhero who gained strength from those around him and with the superheroes by his side— each with tremendous potential. The 'Crisis' may have heavily revolved around Oliver Queen, but it made sense as this was the perfect way to round up his arc. The responsibility now lies on Barry to pick up where Oliver left off. After all, the Green Arrow did call him a 'real hero'.

Agreed that Tyler Hoechlin's Superman is part of the Hall of Justice, but he never had the same screentime or the sort of storyline Barry did in his Arrowverse journey. So while it does make sense for two Kryptonians to be there, it also makes sense for Barry to be the natural leader of the Hall of Justice.

What are your thoughts on Barry Allen leading the newly-formed Justice League?
