'Crisis' Full Cast List: Meet Gary Oldman, Armie Hammer, Lily Rose Depp and rest of the cast of the drug crime thriller
With opioid epidemics being a hot topic for features, director and producer Nicholas Jarecki, who's known for his 2012 wonder 'Arbitage', is dabbling in the territory through his upcoming film 'Crisis'. Early reviews of the film reveal that it's a classic revisit of the 2000 Stever Soderbergh classic 'Traffic', where the opioid epidemic was portrayed through multiple narratives, from the point of addicts, enforcers, traffickers, and politicians. And 'Crisis' too follows the same trajectory.
According to the official synopsis, 'Crisis' is "Set against the backdrop of the opioid epidemic" with "three stories that follow a drug trafficker arranging a multi-cartel Fentanyl smuggling operation; an architect, recovering from oxycodone addiction, searching for her missing son; and a university professor who battles unexpected revelations about his employer at a pharmaceutical company bringing a new 'non-addictive' painkiller to market." Wondering who stars? It's a long list of names big and familiar alike. Read on to find out who you can expect to see!
