Court grants Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate permission to leave Bucharest amid ongoing human trafficking case, trolls dub 'trial a joke'
BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: The controversial figure Andrew Tate, known for his misogynistic views on social media, has recently been granted partial relief by the Bucharest Court of Appeal during his human trafficking trial.
The court ruled in favor of allowing him to leave Bucharest but not Romania.
Both Andrew and his brother Tristan Tate recently attended a court hearing regarding the allegations of human trafficking against them.
Following the trial, Andrew Tate took to X to denounce the charges of TikTok money extortion brought by DIICOT, dismissing them as unfounded.

In a recent post on X, user @CensoredMen reported that the Tate Brothers were now permitted to travel throughout Romania.
According to the court verdict, it was decided that the Tate Brothers would remain under judicial control for an additional 60 days.
The user went on to mention that, they were now allowed to depart from Bucharest, the capital city of Romania, and explore other regions of the country.
Expressing admiration for Andrew and Tristan, the user @CensoredMen added that it was difficult to believe that this case was still ongoing, especially considering that the primary "victim" was Emma Gabbey.
According to X user, Gabbey, is a compulsive liar with a history of making false accusations, even one of which had tragically led to a man taking his own life.
