'Copy paste': Alessandra Ambrosio posts photos with lookalike 14-year-old daughter Anja
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Alessandra Ambrosio shared a photo of herself with her daughter Anja on Monday, March 6. The mother-daughter duo looked more like twins with the same high cheekbones, almond eyes and light brown hair.
"Monarch babies," Ambrosio captioned the photo, in which Anja, 14, posed with her supermodel mother. In response to the photo, photographer Jerome Duran and hairstylist Wendy Iles commented, "Mini you" and "copy paste," respectively. The Victoria's Secret model also posted a TikTok video of the two having fun with a monarch butterfly filter while Crazy Town's 'Butterfly' was playing in the background. Her video has garnered more than 11,000 views and over 1,000 likes.

Ambrosio had Anja with her ex-partner, photographer turned designer Jamie Mazur. Her full name is Anja Louise Ambrosio Mazur and she is highly active on Instagram, frequently posting selfies and images from vacations with her family. She attends high school in the Santa Monica/Brentwood district of Los Angeles, where the family resides.
'A teenage version'
Many of Ambrosio's followers have commented on the photo, with one writing, "Like mother like daughter." Another person wrote, "Absolutely gorgeous! I hope she has your agent too." A third person wrote, "Beautiful, just like her mama!!!!!"

Alessandra Ambrosio 'didn't expect modeling would last'
Ambrosio admitted to Harper's Bazaar in the year 2022 that she "didn't expect modeling would last." She stated, "In my personal life, I keep things simple. I’m a Brazilian girl, even though I now live in LA, so swimsuits and simple beachwear is my style. I love fashion but I don’t have to go crazy with buying items. I’m happy with what makes me comfortable."
Ambrosio listed Brigitte Bardot, Grace Kelly and Marilyn Monroe as her three favorite fashion icons because of the way they radiated confidence and fun. She also offered some fashion advise, saying, "I think the best advice would be to remain authentic. You can be playful and follow your instincts."
Speaking about her children, Ambrosio said, "I want them to feel happy and comfortable in their own skin, so I would gently guide them if I felt they were trying to be someone they’re not. But I’m happy for them to take their own journey. It’s the only way," adding that she preferred her children chose what they wanted to wear.
