Major mix-up as cops show up at Keanu Reeves' LA home for welfare check on missing 27-year-old woman
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Los Angeles police were left stunned as they found out the address provided to them to do a welfare check on a 27-year-old woman was none other than the residence of the ‘John Wick’ star Keanu Reeves, 58.
According to a global news outlet, cops paid Reeves a visit at his Los Angeles-area home after responding to a complaint about the disappearance of an anonymous 27-year-old lady. The actor, when he answered the door, said he didn't know anything about the person in question and confirmed that they didn't live at his house.

‘The Matrix’ star was said to be understanding of the mistake and to have acted politely with the responding cops. It has not been clear if the individual who submitted the report was misinformed about the actor's address or was playing a joke, as per TMZ.
Does Keanu Reeves have a stalker?
In November 2022, an individual who identified themselves as Jasper Keith Reeves made back-to-back appearances at Reeves' residence. During his first appearance, he attempted to enter the house before being discovered sleeping in the actor's backyard. He returned the next day, around 12 hours later, leaving a “suspicious and alarming backpack on Reeves’ property” with various items, including a "bizarre" note and a DNA testing kit, which the guy apparently intended to use to prove he and the actor are related. This person came back in January again and also tried to scale a fence in order to gain entrance into the Canadian actor’s abode, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
A temporary restraining order was given to Keanu Reeves against the alleged stalker in early February 2023. Mathew Rosengart, Reeves' lawyer, filed the petition in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday against the 38-year-old man who reportedly stalked, harassed, and trespassed on the actor's property.
In the court documents, the individual has been described as a "transient stranger with no permanent abode" who has "engaged in an ongoing course of alarming and harassing/threatening conduct" since November 2022. The petition, which was filed on Reeves's behalf, also protects his partner.
