CMT Music Awards 2022: The best-dressed celebs on the red carpet
CMT Music Awards 2022 started off with a bang. On Monday, April 11, a whopping list of celebrities, artists, and nominees turned out to celebrate the 2022 CMT Music Awards, which was hosted in Nashville, Tennessee.
The red carpet was adorned with everything from stunning dresses to subtly sensual ensembles, and photographs to prove it. The hitmakers were all dolled up as they arrived to honor the genre's best music. Musicians Carly Pearce, Brittney Spencer, and LeAnn Rimes stole the show with their glamourous attires, but they were not the only ones to grace the red carpet. The carpet was adorned by beautiful couples who set some huge style statements. From music legend, Billy Gibbons and his wife Gillian Stillwater to Miranda Lambert and Brendan and her better half McLoughlin the couples gave us some major fashion goals. Miranda Lambert chose a bold glittery plunging neckline dress that was well complemented by her husband.

Brendan McLoughlin was dressed in a blue velvet suit. While, Miranda Lambert sported a blue shimmery outfit, which was ruched around her midsection, she put on a busty show, and she added some height with glittery hot pink heels.
Jason Aldean and his wife Brittany arrived at the CMT Music Awards red carpet in Nashville with two very different emotions. In a heavy black jacket over a black t-shirt and matching pants, the 45-year-old singer-songwriter looked like a real country outlaw. He attended the ceremony in a pair of black boots and a black hat. While the 33-year-old former American Idol candidate was dressed in a tight bodysuit with a huge red bow that cascaded over her right shoulder.
Cute couple Thomas Rhett and his wife, Lauren Akins, were pictured on the red carpet of the 2022 CMT Music Awards, During the awards event, Rhett wore a seafoam green jacket over a stark white button-up shirt. The singer completed his ensemble with a pair of slim-fit navy blue slacks and dark brown leather shoes. As she spent time with her spouse, Akins donned a stunning floral-printed pink dress from LoveShackFancy.
Carrie Underwood looked stunning in a purple gown, while Maren Morris dazzled in a revealing mirrored top as they walked the red carpet at the 2022 CMT Music Awards in Nashville on Monday. She wore her highlighted brown tresses in beautiful waves flowing over her shoulders, and she finished her appearance with sharp open-toe shoes that were practically hidden by her attire. She was accompanied by her husband, Ryan Hurd, who wore a mauve suit with a white shirt without a tie.

Hosted by Anthony Mackie of Falcon and the Winter Soldier and country singer Kelsea Ballerini, was a bit different. As Kelsea stated hours before the event that she will be co-hosting from her home after testing positive for COVID. However, Anthony wasn't the only one on stage. Kane Brown, who is nominated for four awards and hosted the show in 2020 and 2021, "graciously stepped in" to help, according to E-news.
