Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson spotted arm in arm as they walk their dog amid lockdown
Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and '50 Shades of Grey' actress Dakota Johnson have been dating since 2017. They have never really spoken about their relationship to tabloids ever. However, that doesn't stop them from being spotted out in the open and there are multiple paparazzi shots of the two of them together in public.
The good looking couple is in quarantine together and is making good use of this time to strengthen their bond. They were spotted by the paparazzi in their Malibu neighborhood on April 11. Dakota was seen wearing sweats with a beanie while Chris accessorized his look with a baseball cap and a woolen scarf around his neck to ward off the cold winds. They were out walking arm in arm and they had Johnson's dog, Zeppelin, for company too.
The two have been having a lot of fun staying home and this was proven by a video that was posted to actress-activist Olivia Wilde's Instagram page. In the video captioned, "Dakota Johnson: Hand wash CHAMPION," the actress was seen doing the handwash challenge with Chris's hands. It was an educational video and Chris's antics made it equally fun to watch.
Dakota and Chris have been on-off since they first started dating. They were reportedly on a break last year in summer but the two remained tight-lipped about the speculations that started in June 2019. However, by August, new reports emerged suggesting that the two have reconciled. A source had credited Chris's ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow for this. "Gwyneth is the one who pushed them to do it," the source had revealed to a media outlet.
Chris and Dakota have consciously kept their relationship off social media over the years. The only proof of them dating is through paparazzi shots of the two out in public on some occasions, like this dog walking date for instance.
Both of them have also refrained from speaking about their love life in media interviews. The most Dakota ever mentioned about her relationship with the rocker was in an interview dated November 2018. "I'm not going to talk about it," Johnson told the interviewer according to E!, when asked about her and Chris's relationship. "But I am very happy," she had revealed and that was enough for us.
