She revealed her secret as follows: "It's everybody's question. The bottom line is this is my secret: exercise, exercise. Cut the gluten and the fries."
Charo also provided herself with a steady dose of Vitamin C by eating three oranges per day. She disclosed her planted kumquat and lemon trees from her garden as another source of her daily dose of healthy food on her Instagram account, where she shares recipes and suggestions.
Dancing out all the pandemic stress
Age was simply a number to Charo. She demonstrated this by competing in the 24th season of 'Dancing With the Stars,' with Keo Motsepe as her partner. Despite her brief appearance and an early elimination, she remained upbeat about her experience. She stated: "I feel like I've got a million dollars right now in my wallet. I enjoy, very much, the show."
Charo hasn't slowed down one bit. She is still doing what she loves best: performing on stage in front of her adoring audience. In 2020, the artist released 'Fantastico,' a collection of dance music designed to "help ease pandemic stress" through dance.
