'She is a disgrace of a mother’: Cardi B lashes out at Casey Anthony after Peacock show's release
Cardi B has shared her views regarding the Peacock docuseries on Casey Anthony, who was accused of taking the life of her own daughter. ‘Casey Anthony: Where the Truth Lies’ released on November 29 and featured "America's most hated mom" sharing her side of the story. However, the 30-year-old rapper is not enthused.
Taking to Twitter on Monday, December 5, Cardi B wrote, “I don’t give a deum how they flip it ,switch it,turn it ,toss it Casey Anthony is a disgrace of a mother and she shouldn’t have a uterus.I don’t feel bad for her or for the daddy YALL KNOW WHAT HAPPENED to that baby !!!!”

The musician’s scathing remarks found agreement on Twitter. Someone tweeted, “That woman is so evil.. I recently just found out about her and don’t understand how anyone can defend her.” Another wrote, “The fact that they even gave her a platform to speak about the situation is SICKKKK.” A third said, “Yasss Cardi!!! I can’t even watch the new show on @peacock . That case, praying for Caylee gave me daily anxiety.” “Peacock should be ashamed for giving her this platform tbh,” another damning comment read.

“Exactly! I was like don’t nobody wanna here your side of no story. Girl, the byeness of it all,” a tweet read. Another added, “I just feel like the audacity to blame it on her father… when in them, jail, tapes and the recorded phone calls he sounds more concerned than she is,” referring to Casey’s statement that her father George Anthony was actually responsible for the two-year-old Caylee’s death in 2008.

In the show, the 36-year-old says, “I had her [Caylee] lay in bed with me. I was awoken by [my father] shaking me and asking me where Caylee was. That didn't make sense. She would never even leave my room without telling me. I immediately started looking around the house. I go outside and I'm looking to see where she could be.”
Casey continued, “He was standing there with her. She was soaking wet. He handed her to me. Said it was my fault. That I caused it. But he didn't rush to call 911 and he wasn't trying to resuscitate her. I collapsed with her in my arms. She was heavy, and she was cold.” She added, “He takes her from me and he immediately softens his tone and says 'It's going to be ok.' I wanted to believe him. He took her from me and he went away. During the 31 days, I genuinely believed that Caylee was still alive. My father kept telling me she was ok. I had to keep following his instructions. He told me what to do. I tried to act as normal as I could.”
However, it seems not everyone is completely against Casey. Television producer Rosie O’Donnell, 60, apparently shared, “I'm in my car, and I'm thinking about Casey Anthony. I watched that whole documentary, and I believe her father did it. I do. Now, when I started watching that documentary, I thought, 'there's no way in hell that this girl is innocent. And, I changed my mind.”
O’Donnell added, “It kind of made sense what she was saying, and I believed her. Everyone said she was a great mom. I don't know; I know this is going to be a controversial opinion.”
