As promised, Camila Cabello shared 'Don’t Go Yet' with her fans on Friday, July 23. It will be her first new single since the end of 2019 when she released her album 'Romance'. The well-known Cuban-American singer keeps her fans up to date by posting interesting photographs from the official music video on a daily basis. So far, the ‘Senorita' singer has released two full-length albums, ‘Camila' in 2018 and ‘Romance' in 2019.

Her self-titled debut album has debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 album list. Since then, the former Fifth Harmony member has delivered a slew of hits, making her one of the top global singers. Cabello first announced her new single ‘Don’t Go Yet’ on July 16 via her official Twitter account.

Cabello is seen driving a vintage automobile while changing the radio station and is carried away in a joy ride before the scene zooms out and exposes the small, tropical scene in a claymation-style cut, according to two Easter egg-filled previews for the music video. Cabello rings the doorbell to a pink home on top of the world in the second clip, which takes up where the first one left off, Billboard reported. 'Bienvenidos a la Familia!' read a banner for the single in Spanish, which translates to 'Welcome to the Family!'.

The 24-year-old singer dropped the music video on Friday, July 23, with a post that read: "#DontGoYet is the first song from my next album, Familia. This album was inspired by two things: family & food. Your family by blood, but also your chosen family. Who you want to sit at the dinner table, get wine-drunk, & dance in the living room with."

'Reminds us of family'

Fans took to Twitter to express their love and excitement for the new drop. "I have to say that this song and the video reminds us of our families, maybe united or maybe other families a little distanced but with this song you can connect with your people, with your blood, with your familia and that is invaluable TE AMAMOS @Camila_Cabello #DontGoYet ," a fan said. "Her runs are godtier and it's obvious she's having fun while filming the videos. the looks she gave us?? INSANE. all the years of waiting are worth it. song on repeat damn the queen that you are @Camila_Cabello," wrote a second. "The visuals and vocals you served on this one are insane i’m so ready for this new era!!!," a third chipped in.

'She is the moment'

"The breathy high note in the end was SOOOO beautiful," said a fan. "Camila works so hard for every album, every song has a part of it and that's what makes it beautiful," said another. "She’s an icon, she’s a legend and she is the moment!!," a third chipped in. "Also can we talk about how beautiful her emoji is," said a fan, sharing a zoomed-in version of Cabello's very own emoji.
