BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate, the controversial influencers currently facing charges of human trafficking and other crimes, encountered a setback in the Bucharest Court of Appeal.

Their appeal to leave Romania has been denied.

Previously, Andrew and Tristan Tate had attended court for the evaluation of evidence regarding their human trafficking case.

However, the judge adjourned the proceedings until December 5.

Posting on @TateNews, an X (formerly Twitter) has shared an exclusive update regarding the appeal filed by Andrew and Tristan in the Bucharest court. They sought permission to leave Romania for their vacation.

In the tweet, @TateNews reported, "BREAKING: Romanian judge has rejected the Tate brother’s appeals."

Expressing their support for Andrew and Tristan, @TateNews shared their take on the verdict, stating, "No justice. Pray for the Tates tomorrow 🙏❤️"
