Brooklyn Beckham's in-laws hire Prince Andrew's 'mad dog' attorney for Nicola Peltz wedding lawsuit
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Amid the family's legal battle with their wedding planners, Nicola Peltz's billionaire father has apparently hired Prince Andrew's "ferocious" attorney. Nelson Peltz, an 80-year-old businessman, filed a lawsuit last month seeking a refund of his $159,000 deposit over alleged "mistakes" in his daughter's extravagant April 2022 wedding to Brooklyn Beckham. And it is claimed he has now hired Marty Singer, who is charging $926 an hour, as the lawsuit could allegedly cause "real damage" to his daughter's credibility.
The lawyer known as "Mad Dog" is known for representing Hollywood heavyweights such as Charlie Sheen, Bill Cosby and Prince Andrew, the Mirror reports. A source said, "Singer is famous for his pit bull tactics and that is what Nicola is looking for. This ongoing legal case has the potential to really damage her reputation, and she is not taking it lightly, so has called in the big guns." "He is ferocious in legal battles and his reputation precedes him. Hiring him will cost millions, but she and her family feel it's worth the money," the source continued.

Who is 'Mad Dog' Marty Singer?
Martin Dori Singer, 64, grew up in Brooklyn and works as Hollywood's concierge consignee for $950 an hour. He's always on call, even when he's playing golf at Brentwood Country Club or on a cruise. Although competition is fierce, Singer has held the position for at least 30 years.
Singer has dominated terrain other lawyers have shunned, turning trash into gold more than any other Hollywood lawyer. Singer has seen the proliferation of celebrity coverage from the box office line to television to Twitter. He has represented many celebrities, including Michael Jackson, Tom Hanks, Naomi Campbell, Jim Carrey, Kevin Costner, Liev Schreiber, Celine Dion, Jamie Foxx, Brendan Fraser, James Gandolfini, Anthony Hopkins, Justin Timberlake, Joaquin Phoenix, Stacy Keach, Alicia Keys, Demi Moore, Katy Perry, Brett Ratner, Don Rickles, David O. Russell, Jeremy Piven, Steve Bing, Adam Sandler, Martin Scorsese, according to Vanity Fair.
Earlier, Virginia Roberts Giuffre had accused Prince Andrew of sexual assault, which got him into legal trouble. The Prince firmly denied Giuffre's accusations that he had sexually abused her when she was 17, but nevertheless agreed to a $14.4 million payment.
Brooklyn and Nicola's wedding lawsuit
Meanwhile, a dramatic 188-page new lawsuit in Florida has exposed all the turmoil surrounding Brooklyn and Nicola's wedding. The £3 million "dream wedding" that brought together the daughter of a billionaire' and the son of a sports legend looked picture-perfect on the glossy pages of Vogue magazine. But behind the scenes, the wedding of Brooklyn and heiress Nicola is said to have been so turbulent that the bride's father described it as a "s*** show."
Nicole Braghin and Arianna Grijalba, wedding planners, were left "devastated" earlier this month after billionaire tycoon Nelson Peltz filed a lawsuit seeking a refund of his $158848.67 deposit. Peltz claims that the two were sacked due to supposed "mistakes" just a few weeks before the three-day wedding celebration at the $91.46 million family property in Palm Beach, Florida, last April, reports Daily Mail.
What happened 'behind the scenes' at wedding?
In response, Braghin and Grijalba referred to Peltz as a "bully billionaire" and filed a counterclaim in a Florida court for breach of contract and "interference" with a business agreement. They are also seeking compensation from the bride, Nicola, her mother Claudia, and designer Rishi Patel, which could amount to hundreds of thousands of pounds, as well as damages of at least $49339.36.
However, the planners who took his place claim that things deteriorated quickly due to chaos that included numerous guest lists and a bride who was apparently "too busy" to make phone calls. Nicole called the wedding planners' concept of a wedding band "cheesy" and wanted the lead singer. Braghin and Grijalba said they worked 17 hours a day to fulfill their clients' requests.
