Meghan Markle's father Thomas Sr may be put under 'Britney-style' conservatorship due to 'poor health'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Thomas Markle Sr has had recent health issues and is recuperating from a stroke he experienced in May. Due to his health, he may be placed under a 'Britney-style' conservatorship till he recovers. The 78-year-old is presently fighting a photographer in court over photos that strained his friendship with the Duchess of Sussex.
Thomas Jr, Meghan's half-brother, stated he plans to take over his father's business before the hearing as his legal team gets ready for court. It has been claimed that he informed a court that he was "in the process" of acquiring the legal authority to intervene on his father's behalf if required.

"Tom Snr has had a series of health scares and his son wants to do the best for him by taking any stress away," sources informed the Sunday Mirror. "Cases in America grind on for months or years so it will be a weight off Tom Snr’s mind. It will help him focus on his recovery."
The centre of a protracted legal dispute between Britney Spears and her father was a conservatorship arrangement, which entails the appointment of a guardian with official authority to handle a person's affairs.
According to The Mirror, the arrangement in the Markle household is anticipated to be "less far-reaching".
According to reports, Thomas Sr is suing British photographer Jeff Rayner over staged images shot prior to Meghan Markle's wedding to Prince Harry. Since the photos have been publicised, he has not talked to his daughter and was unable to attend the ceremony due to a heart attack.
Later, it was revealed that Meghan was 'embarrassed' by how the pictures came to be, and Thomas Sr acknowledged deceiving the engaged couple about the faked shots. He said that he sought to alter his public image by getting favourable photos published. He said, "The idea was that these would all be candid shots, discreet, no one would know they were posed or anything. It would be just me doing my routine daily."
When the Queen celebrated her platinum jubilee in April, Thomas Sr declared he would visit the UK to attend the festivities and finally get to meet his grandkids. He had to change his plans after suffering a stroke in Mexico.
