The couple- Britney, 40 and Asghari, 28, were in French Polynesia to celebrate the latter's birthday. After Britney's conservatorship of 14 years was terminated in November 2021, she shared on her social media account how she would like to expand her family. She said, "I’m thinking about having another baby!!!" while sharing a black and white image of adult feet next to a child's tiptoes.
“I wonder if this one is a girl,” she added. “She’s on her toes reaching for something … that’s for sure !!!!”
The 'Toxic' singer has two sons- Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, that she shares with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. She had previously expressed her desire of becoming a mom for the third time, however, due to her conservatorship under her estranged father Jamie Spears, she was unable to do so.
In court testimony in June 2021, the singer had said, "I would like to progressively move forward and I want to have the real deal. I want to be able to get married and have a baby. I have an [IUD] inside of myself so I don’t get pregnant. They don’t want me to have children — any more children.”
The 'Overprotected' singer accepted Asghari's proposal last year and said that there is nothing more rewarding than being a mother. In an interview in 2017, Spears had said "My kids always come first. I am so lucky that I get to experience all of life's adventures with them."
