Britney Spears and Sam Asghari wedding guest list: Madonna and Paris Hilton among A-list crowd
Britney Spears and her fiancé Sam Asghari wedded in an intimate ceremony in front of a star-studded guest list on Thursday, June 9. A number of well-known celebrities graced Spears' big day. Madonna, Selena Gomez, Drew Barrymore, Maria Menounos, Paris Hilton, her husband Carter Reum, and her mother Kathy Hilton were all in attendance as the longtime pair said "I do" after more than four years of dating.
Donatella Versace, who designed Spears' wedding gown, and the singer's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, were both seen entering the Los Angeles wedding location, insiders told People. According to a source, all of the attendees dressed to impress, Gomez wore a blue suit, Madonna wore a rainbow-hued gown, and Barrymore wore a brown, flowing gown.

Bryan Spears, Spears' older brother, was reportedly present. Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, her boys with ex-husband Kevin Federline, were not in attendance, nor were any other members of her family, including her father Jamie, mother Lynn, and sister Jamie Lynn.
Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan told People, "[Preston and Jayden] are happy for their mom and they are hopeful that Sam and Britney are starting a great future together. It's their night and they didn't want to take away from them."
Many of the Hollywood A-listers who were invited have long been supporters of the musical sensation. Spears and Madonna, 63, have been friends for years and collaborated on the song "Me Against the Music" in 2003.
The singer and Hilton, 41, have been friends since they were both young stars in the spotlight in the early 2000s. Hilton had penned an editorial for Time just before Spears' conservatorship was terminated, regarding the 'Stronger' musician. "When I think of Britney Spears, I see the sweetest soul. A mother. A friend. A fighter," Hilton wrote in her article. "A young woman who grew up in the tabloid culture of the 2000s, when the paparazzi machine was accepted, unforgiving and cruel."
Despite the fact that Spears and Selena Gomez, 29, do not have a public relationship, the two have long honored one another in interviews and on social media. Spears referenced Gomez's song "Kill Em with Kindness" on Instagram, and Gomez responded with a kind message, adding, "You've always been beautiful and a huge inspiration to me," Gomez added. "You're rare beauty!!!" Donatella Versace has also been a long-time supporter and friend. After Britney was freed from her conservatorship, she posted a snap with the pop princess on Instagram with the words, "Freedom is a human right. My heart is smiling for you, Britney. Congratulations on your regained and deserved emancipation. I love you, your fierce fans love you and the world NEEDS your brilliance. Happy Britneypendence day!"
Last month, Spears teased fans with an Instagram photo of her wedding veil. She had previously stated that Versace would be designing her gown. In March, the renowned fashion designer paid a visit to Spears' home and took a stunning picture with the singer and her soon-to-be husband and was presumably there to get inputs from Britney for her custom wedding dress.
