LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Brad Pitt has quietly listed his Los Feliz home for sale for over $40M amidst his bitter divorce from ex-wife Angelina Jolie. The actor, 59, has listed the expansive home for sale, which spans 1.9 acres and has a skate park and swimming pool among others.

Pitt opted to sell the house because he was "looking for something smaller" in the Los Angeles area, an insider told PEOPLE. The actor reportedly bought the original house in 1994 for $1.7M from Cassandra Peterson, who was best known for her role in the movie 'Elvira: Mistress of the Dark'.

Pitt expanded the original property after making the initial purchase by purchasing properties close to the house. According to Architectural Digest, the compound now includes a 6,692sqft Craftsman main house, large outdoor swimming pool, private tennis pavilion, and skate park, and is what Pitt called his kids' "childhood home". The 'Bullet Train' actor shared the house with Jolie and their six children: Maddox, 21, Pax, 19, Zahara, 18, Shiloh, 16, and twins Knox and Vienne, 14 until their separation in 2016. The former power couple shared a number of homes during their relationship.

Even though Pitt and Jolie legally divorced in 2019, they are still figuring out their complicated financial matters and child custody plans. They are presently engaged in a court dispute over Chateau Miraval, a celebrated winery and 35-room house in the south of France that Pitt and Jolie bought together in 2011 for $60M, where they reportedly got married in 2014.

Pitt has since been linked to multiple women, most recently with Paul Wesley's ex-wife, Ines de Ramon. The two spent the New Year's Eve together in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. According to PEOPLE, an insider said that Pitt was "not seeing anyone else right now" and was "very happy" with Ines. "They are dating and having fun. They have a good thing going on. There is no stress. Brad is enjoying it. He is spending more time with Ines," the insider added.

Pitt even brought his new love interest to the premiere of his movie 'Babylon' on December 15, 2022. Afterwards, a source reportedly said, "Ines said that Brad was very sweet" and that he was "clearly very into her, given he brought her to his premiere."
