Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston back in love after going on a string of dates together, say sources
If your heart skipped a beat when you saw the former power couple Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston together at the recently held SAG Awards, then be prepared for some more exciting news!
Sources close to the former couple claim that the two have gone on a "string of dates" and are "back in love" with each other.
Mirror reported that a close friend of Jennifer revealed that the 'Friends' star never stopped loving Brad even after their infamous split in 2005.
The friend said, "I don't think she's ever really stopped loving him, even though he broke her heart when he left her for Angelina Jolie. It has taken a long time but she has forgiven him for everything – forgiveness has been a big part of them moving on."
Brad reached out to Jennifer in 2017, to apologize for his "deplorable behavior" during their marriage. Brad and Jennifer were Hollywood’s golden couple from 2000- 2005 before he left Jennifer for his 'Mr & Mrs Smith' co-star Angelina Jolie.
Their divorce left Jennifer hurt and upset, said sources. Jennifer reportedly forgave her ex-husband and accepted his heartfelt apology, following which they became good friends.
Brad and Jennifer have since gone on several dates. According to sources, these famous exes went on at least five dates before they ran into each at the SAG Awards. The sources also revealed that they had a "secret tryst" at Jennifer's Bel Air mansion during the Christmas holidays.
Another source close to Brad revealed that the famous actor always talks about Jennifer. The source told Mirror, "All he can talk about is Jen. They have reignited their romance and I haven't seen either of them this happy in years."
These famous exes sparked rumors when Brad was seen mouthing the words "oh my God" during Jen's acceptance speech at the SAG Awards, and they were later seen holding hands backstage.
When Jen was asked about how she felt seeing Brad that evening, she sweetly replied, "It just feels like a really fun night to cheer each other on. We’ve all grown up together, we really have."
When she was later asked about rumors of them getting back together, she felt it was "hysterical" and added, "But what else are they going to talk about?"
Brad too has been playing coy. When he was asked if he would be taking Jennifer as his date for the upcoming Oscars, he simply said he didn't have a date. Only time will tell if this former couple will ever get back together, though the world seems to be rooting for them.
