Boosie Badazz cuts ties with T.I. for snitching on late cousin, Internet says, 'good thing to do'

COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA: Rapper Boosie Badazz called off his friendship with rapper T.I. after T.I. admitted that he had once snitched on a deceased cousin of Badazz to get out of a gun charge. The rapper also went on to term his long time friend a "rat." 

Badazz claimed the same in the recent episode with VladTV run by Dj Vlad. Meanwhile, the rapper also believes that he might have made this comment to gain some podcast views, as rapper T.I. made the statement of snitching the decased cousin on the recent episode of 'expediTIously with Tip T.I. Harris,' as per TMZ.

When did rapper TI and Boosie Badazz started collaborating? 

The rappers hail from the southern United States. They collaborated for the first time on the 'Jet Fuel' track from T.I.’s 2018 album 'Dime Trap.' In 2019, they again teamed up for the collaboration on the track, 'Big Homie.' The duo finally collaborated on the remix of the song 'Moon Juice' by West Coast rapper Mozzy, as per Opoyi. T.I. had also come in support of Badazz when his Instagram account was taken down in 2021. Badazz wrote on Twitter, "MY IG WAS TAKEN FOR NOTHNG AGAIN, THEY MUST HAVE FOUND OUT I HAVE A FILM THAT IM PROMOTING .PLEASE CONTINUE TO BUY MY FILM DESPITE THIS MOVE TO STOP THE SUCESS OF MY STRUGGLE.YALL ALL I GOT AGAINST THESE POWERFUL PEOPLE .BUY IT TWICE TO BOOST MY FIRST WEEK NUMBERS THANKS." It was shared by TI on Instagram saying, "But why Dey keep fcckin wit woe? Can't they see The culture has spoken & has appointed him as our Official Representative of Cultural Authenticity??? Disrespect to him is disrespect to US‼️#FreeDaRep #StopBullyingBoosie."

The rappers also had plans to start a reality show for kids, 'Raw Ass Kids.' In an interview with Vibe, TI said, “We finna do a reality show with our kids called Raw Ass Kids. We finna do a reality show with Tootie and King. So we going to put an album together and knock it out, too.” They had also mentioned regarding an upcoming album in the same interview and Badazz said, "Me and T.I. got an album on the way. We send [the songs] back and forth, and we gonna get it in for the last rodeo and knock out our last five. He sending me sh*t, I’m sending him sh*t. I gotta come with it, that’s Tip! We snapping, bro. This was overdue." However this album has been scrapped as of now, as per TMZ.

The Internet quickly reacted to the news. A user said, " Wow so much to be proud of." "Man TIP used to be my favorite, he just stink now smh," wrote another. A user added, "A good thing to do." A user noted, "That is insane." "Boosie is kinda like a new-age Mandela," read a tweet. Another claimed, "Snitching on someone snitching is a great image." "TI dodged a bullet on that one," wrote a user.
