After Bob Saget’s sudden death, his autopsy report has raised more questions than it answered. The report was made by the Orange County Medical Examiner that stated that the comedian probably fell backward in his hotel room at The Ritz-Carlton, Orlando, and hit the back of his head, which resulted in several fractures to his head and around his eyes.

The report, as reported by PEOPLE, also noted that the 65-year-old “had posterior scalp abrasions, subgaleal hemorrhage (which is blood that forms between skull and scalp), discoloration in the upper and lower eyelids due to skull fracture, subdural hematoma (which is a buildup of blood on the surface of the brain) and subarachnoid hemorrhage (which is bleeding in the space that surrounds the brain).” It has been said that Saget had Covid when he died.

The body of the ‘Full House’ star was found inside his hotel room in Orlando on January 9. His death was declared an accident with no suspected foul play. Chief Medical Examiner Joshua Stephany, MD, said in a toxicology analysis, “In consideration of the circumstances surrounding the death and after examination of the body, toxicology analysis, histology, and a respiratory pathogen panel, it is my opinion that the death of Mr. Saget, was the result of blunt head trauma. His injuries were most likely incurred from an unwitnessed fall. A toxicology analysis did not reveal any illicit drugs or toxins. The manner of death is accident.”

The television host’s family also released a statement that read, “The authorities have determined that Bob passed from head trauma. They have concluded that he accidentally hit the back of his head on something, thought nothing of it and went to sleep. No drugs or alcohol were involved.”

However, Saget’s fans are reportedly not convinced with the report as well as the probe in his case. A user pointed out, “If Bob Saget fell in the shower & sustained those level of injuries, is he really going to just dry himself off, put some clothes on, and just go to sleep? The other scenarios of foul play are more likely. Also possible the family knows and wants to keep it quiet - embarrassment.” Another one tweeted, “I think anyone with two brain cells can surmise that Bob Saget was most likely the victim of foul play.”

A person wrote, “@NancyGrace are you going to cover the bob saget case? Looks like foul play is involved in his deaths…” The second person said, “Originally Orlando police said no sign of foul play. So someone somewhere is lying! I say put eyes on Orlando police and investigators too. The truth comes out when you shake all the trees at once.” “After reading the extent of Bob Saget’s head injuries, you can not tell me there was no foul play! Someone hit him (intentionally? Who knows) or he fell from a far distance. But no way he climbed into bed on his own. Someone knows what happened. They need to step forward #TBI,” a tweet read.

A user suggested, “I hope the hotel is looking at the CCTV footage around #BobSaget's room, and maybe considering a second autopsy as there's a possibility this was FOUL PLAY.” Another user added, “Finally #doctor spoke out 2 question #BobSaget's #autopsy report! Of course need 2 look into foul play & role of #COVID19 blood clotting-If he'd had that serious a fall-he wouldn't have simply gone 2 bed! What r they hiding & y? Need 2 look deeper!”
