'Black Ink Crew: Chicago': Fans want Ryan and Kitty to become an item, but can they start afresh despite the sex scandal?
'Black Ink Crew: Chicago' star Ryan Henry has plenty of issues that need resolving before he can move on in life, but every once in a while you need to loosen up and live in the moment. Ryan was doing exactly that at the club with Miss Kitty, with whom he has been involved in a sex scandal. The two were seen and heard flirting with one another, but it was very 'friendly'. At least that was what Ryan claimed in his confessional.
During their short conversation, the two discussed Ryan's hair and how good he and his hair looked. Phor and Don barged in to meet Kitty and later went back to doing their own thing, leaving the two alone. They weren't sure if they'd date, but they wanted Ryan to have his own space and time with Kitty. Soon, the two left the club as Kitty asked Ryan to show him around Chicago.

A fresh, new couple in the making? Time will tell, but for now, the internet can't stop rooting for them. "I’m trying to be on Ryan’s side with this Kitty situation but his green screen facial expressions & body language is saying something lmao. #BlackInkCHI," a fan expressed while a host of others pointed how cute they looked together and that they'd be here for the two when they finally decide on being in a relationship.
But, it's not as simple as it seems. They are coming from a place that isn't healthy. To begin with, they're both an equal part of an almost-cheating controversy, which had major implications on Kitty's career. Back in New York, she was fired by her on-off boyfriend and Black Ink-owner Ceaser Emanuel for sleeping with Ryan, which she vehemently denied, calling it a baseless rumor. But, it's good to see her put the past behind her and preparing herself for a fresh start. On the other hand, Ryan has been dealing with his sister's death, sleeping at the shop, and figuring the best way out to co-parent his son with ex-wife Rachel.
Clearly, they both have a bunch of knots that need untying, and it would be great if they can at least find trustworthy friends in each other if nothing else so that sharing worries become easier with time.
