Bindi Irwin offers sneak peek of her wedding gown as she gets ready to tie the knot with fiancé Chandler Powell
Bindi Irwin, the legendary 'Crocodile Hunter' late Steve Irwin's daughter, is all set to get married to her American fiancé, 22-year-old Chandler Powell, in 2020.
The 21-year-old bride-to-be took to social media to share a glimpse of what her wedding dress could look like next year. Bindi shared, "I said yes to the dress!" along with a picture of herself sporting a long-sleeve lace gown.
Bindi, who is the only daughter of the late Steve Irwin, was seen showing off her diamond engagement ring as well in the dress. The snap seemed to be taken in a bridal store.
She was also surrounded by many wedding gowns in the picture she shared online. Powell commented on his fiancée's picture and wrote, "I can't wait... You're going to be so beautiful!"
Many of the Irwin family's fans and followers commented on the picture as well and congratulated the happy couple.
Two users responded to Powell and said "no looking!" and "no peeking, Chandler!" Bindi confirmed that the two have already set a date for their wedding and will tie the knot in front of family and friends in 2020.
She had also revealed that the wedding ceremony will be taking place at the Australia Zoo. The 21-year-old also shared an update with her fans and followers and said that the wedding planning is now in "full swing".
"We're looking forward to celebrating our wedding day next year at Australia Zoo. Of course, the day will be filled with family, friends and lots of gorgeous animals (koala cuddles are a must!" she added.
We had previously reported that Bindi's brother, 15-year-old Robert, and Powell had planned to capture the proposal after Bindi said "Yes" and he had stood in for her during the rehearsal.
While appearing on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon', Robert shared, "So, before we did it, Chandler came up to me... And of course, he asked mum and me for our permission... But he also said 'I want to make sure it's perfect where I'm doing this proposal'. So I stood in for Bindi and mocked up where he was going to propose."
