'Big Brother' Season 23 has found its first Head of Household (HOH) in Brandon 'Frenchie' French. Will he do a good job? Only time will tell. But given his impressive background and management skills, it shouldn't be a hassle. He has been a farmer and even though the profession comes with a set of challenges, it has taught him well.

Who is Brandon 'Frenchie' French?

The 34-year-old Clarksville farmer is already ruling the house. As newly-elected HOH, he and his team of four are safe from the next elimination. But, this also means he will pick up targets on his back. Will he be able to make decisions that work in everyone's favor? Let's hope so. After all his game plan is to build relationships with everyone and not just with the alliances.

"Being a farmer, no two days are the same. You never know what to expect. I always have to evolve and change game plans on a daily basis and I have got really good at it. Set strategies are overrated and crumble, so my lifestyle fits perfectly with the Big Brother house," he told the network ahead of the show's premiere. At 13, Frenchie won the NFL national punt pass and kick competition. He has a two-time grand national champion show bull and is a proud member of the NAACP. "I’m prior military and the only thing that I’m scared of in life is our devil rooster."

Meanwhile, fans are rooting for Frenchie and celebrating his first win in the house. "Frenchy. Character in Grease? Now a player in bb. Proud of this kid! That’s a lot to overcome. Kids can be cruel. You go girl," one tweeted, another posted: "Frenchie is gonna do great but he just may have put a target on his back! Comp beast." A third wrote: "Nvm I love frenchie #bbfrenchie, he reminds me of Enzo from #bigbrother22 he is so competitive."
