Benjamin Mendy’s rape victim clears the air that his teammate Jack Grealish did not have sex with her
CHESHIRE, ENGLAND: The woman who has accused Benjamin Mendy of raping her has denied she had sex with Jack Grealish in a court trial after one woman at the party claimed that the Manchester City winger had slept with her.
When Mendy, 28, and co-accused Louis Saha Matturie, 41, allegedly attacked the 17-year-old complainant, Grealish, 27, was present at the party at Mendy's property in Cheshire. In their trial at Chester Crown Court, Mendy and Saha are accused of committing numerous sex offenses against a number of young women. According to the testimony reported by The Sun, the 17-year-old informed the police that a 23-year-old woman told her that night she had sex with Grealish. She said that Saha also told her that the lady had "been together" with the England international during an additional police interrogation on September 26. She had earlier arrived in a cab that was followed by a Range Rover in which Grealish was a passenger. Three to four of Grealish's Birmingham friends then showed up at the party.

The complainant claimed that the conversations with Grealish’s companions were "not suggestive or weird" and that they were "quite pleasant" and "quite normal." Grealish continued to praise her "beautiful eyes" as she entered the mansion's pool and before he left as she said "thank you" in response, according to The Sun. She later discovered Grealish was "fast asleep" in the residence while she told the detectives, "I remember him being quite drunk." Also, she claimed to have never met Grealish and "knew of him just off the TV." Further adding that neither the soccer player nor his companions did anything to make her feel concerned. Police received confirmation from her that she had no sexual interaction with Grealish. The detective asked, "have you since that night told anybody if you had any physical contact with him?,” to which she replied “no.”
The woman had received an invitation from Saha a few days prior to attending a Manchester City game from a VIP box, according to the testimony given in court. She had previously stated that Saha had the impression of being Mendy's personal assistant or "some kind of entourage, a bodyguard." Mendy, according to the prosecution, is a "predator" who "turned the pursuit of women for sex into a game." His pal and "fixer," Saha reportedly had the responsibility of procuring young ladies for sex.
Mendy contests the allegations of six young women being sexually assaulted, one attempted rape, and seven cases of rape. Saha, of Eccles, Salford, denies three charges of sexual assault and six counts of rape involving seven young women. Both men assert that any sexual activity with women or girls that did occur was consensual.
