‘Fantastic co-parent’
Lopez has previously spoken up about co-parenting with their ex-partners and blended families. The former couple tied the knot in 2005 and their divorce was finalized in 2018.
When asked about reuniting their families, the singer said, "The transition is a process that needs to be done with so much care," adding that the youngsters "have so many emotions. "They're teenagers. But so far, everything is going swimmingly," she added.
In March, sources told Entertainment Tonight that Lopez and Affleck were "doing terrific" and that the two were "very supportive of one another." Sopurces reportedly said, "Their families are continuing to mesh well together, and their kids are getting along for the most part."
