Bravo's hit reality show 'Below Deck' is back with Season 9! So get ready to watch some beautiful and exotic locales alongside juicy drama, crazy guests with their unrealistic demands and of course steamy romances aboard the luxury superyacht My Seanna. Speaking of romances, if you're curious to know more about returning cast member Eddie Lucas' love life then we got you covered.
The newly appointed first officer's love life has made headlines in the past. Eddie, who made his debut on the hit Bravo show's first season exited the show after his third season following an awkward situation wherein he mixed business with pleasure. Eddie, who was a bosun on Season 3 found himself drawn to his co-star/ fellow deck member- Raquel "Rocky" Dakota, who served as a third stew on the luxury yacht. To fans' dismay, the couple managed to carry out their fling pretty discretely by sneaking into the yacht's laundry room, where there were no cameras. So, the audience could only hear the noise of washing machines and dryers. But things got a bit interesting when Rocky caught feelings for Eddie and confided in her co-stars about their fling. This made things extremely interesting as Eddie was already in a relationship with someone else.

Is Eddie Lucas dating anybody?
At that time Eddie was dating a woman named Amy from his hometown. He hasn't revealed much about her so not much is known about Amy. However, things got very interesting during the reunion when Rocky revealed that they hooked up a couple of times more after the Season 3 charter season, which Eddie denied during the show's reunion.
This left fans wondering about Eddie and Amy's relationship. The 'Below Deck' alum revealed that they split up during his appearance on 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen' to celebrate 'Below Deck's 100th episode, alongside other cast members. One of the callers on the show asked Eddie if Amy broke up with him immediately after discovering that he had cheated on her with Rocky. Eddie replied saying, "No, actually, not right away. No, we worked on it for a while. It ended worse than ever." Although Eddie didn't go into details of what caused his split from Amy. The bosun also quit the show after his third season stating he wanted to be closer to his family.
However, he returned to the show during Season 8. This time around he made a promise to keep things strictly professional at his workplace, meaning no romances. During an interview with Vulture he explained, "I screwed up season three. There’s no two ways about it, like, I screwed up. And it was appalling, my actions. I was thinking with the wrong head. So this season, I was going into it with a mindset of being way more professional and taking my job way more seriously, but also my job as a boss. Like, I needed to be a leader. I really wanted to set an example for the whole crew. I just wanted to go in and do the best job that I possibly can as the bosun of My Seanna. Having fun with it was also extremely important. Have fun with the crew, have fun with Captain Lee, and end strong. That’s what I wanted to do, is end strong.”
Looks like Eddie kept his promise as he didn't get into any trouble during the charter season of 'Below Deck' Season 8. Based off on his Instagram posts, it looks like Eddie is single even outside of the superyacht since he hasn't posted any pictures of himself with a girl. We will just have to wait and see if any of the women on Season 9 manage to pique his interest and give us another laundry room romance.
Season 9 of 'Below Deck' is set in the stunning waters of St. Kitts in the Caribbean, superyacht My Seanna features Eddie, alongside chef Rachel Hargrove who is ready to redeem herself after a memorable last charter season. A fresh crop of yachties includes new chief stewardess Heather Chase, stews Jessica Albert and Fraser Olender and deckhands Jake Foulger, Rayna Lindsey and Wes O’Dell.
