The crew of 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' took off with their first guests and all the crew members are trying to get accustomed to each other. With Glenn Shephard as the Captain, the crew was all set to follow the orders to make sure that the guests have the best experience while onboard.

However, sometimes, the Captain too needs a little help to make sure that everyone is performing their task well and for this purpose, he hired Jenna MacGillivray as the chief steward. Jenna has experience working with a yacht full of Michelin star crew and it did not come as a surprise that she was particular about the work that has to be done on the yacht.

The minute Jenna got on the yacht, she made it clear to everyone that she meant business. She paid close attention to details and noted all the things that had to be done before their first charter, but before this, she wanted to share with her fellow crew members about the type of person she is while working.

Jenna decided to talk to Madison Stalker and Georgia Grobler, 1st and 2nd steward on board, to make sure that they delivered the best service. Jenna made it clear that she is extremely particular about things being done on time. Jenna also warned them that she would not stop herself from being honest to anyone who did not do their job right.

Georgia and Madison understood right away that they did not want to disappoint Jenna. However, two people who happened to push her buttons were Ciara Duggan and Paget Berry. Ciara and Paget have been dating for four years and were on the yacht for nine months when the yacht was off-season.

Even though the pair was living in the yacht for so long, Jenna was disappointed to see that the yacht was in a bad condition and there were things that were missing. She was not pleased to see how the two handled the boat during the off-season.

While differences have already started arising with it being only the first day, one will just have to wait and see how things shape in the future.

'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' airs on Mondays at 9 pm ET on Bravo.
