'Below Deck': Kate says Ashton is a 'maniac' who needs 'sex-ed help', tries to maintain her distance
Ashton and Kate have been having a problem for a long time and with every passing day things have been getting tougher for the two to handle. Both, Kate and Ashton are head supervisors on the boat and due to their position, they are required to work together as a team. Unfortunately, the pair have been finding it hard to reach a common ground.
In the previous episode, Kate did not appreciate how Ashton had been treating her. The alcohol seemed to have gotten the better of him which led Ashton kissing Kate without her consent. Kate was disappointed and angry and tried to maintain her distance with Ashton but it kept coming back in the hopes of engaging her in a conversation.
He was left frustrated when Kate commented about his mother. While the conversation ended with Kate storming out of the boat for the night and declaring that she was quitting, Ashton soon realized what happened wasn't professional.
He was able to get a chance to apologize to Kate when she came back to the boat and declared that she is not the one to quit. Ashton knew that Kate would not be the one who would come forward to apologize and to end things on a good note he decided to be the bigger person and apologize.
Kate stated that she had accepted the apology but as soon as Ashton left Kate added that he was manic and needed sex-ed help. The two later decided to work together to make sure that their relationship does not affect the business but one cannot be sure for how long the pair would remain this way. Even though the two have shaken their hand to have a better relationship there is still tension between the two and unresolved issues that need to be tackled.
'Below Deck' airs on Monday at 9 pm on Bravo.
