What is Shaunie O'Neal's net worth? 'Basketball Wives' star made '$20,000 each month' after divorcing Shaquille
Shaunie O'Neal and former NBA player Shaquille O'Neal had a very public and messy divorce. But that didn't stop them from being responsible parents to their four kids. The couple began dating in 1998, got engaged in 2000 and were married two years later. What they thought was the start of a fairytale soon went South when Shaq focused his energies outside their marriage. The couple split in 2009.
Even though the prenuptial agreement that they had allegedly signed allowed the sports star to keep most of his assets, the split was still quite expensive. According to a Clutchpoints report, he paid $20,000 every month as alimony and child support. Although we are in no position to confirm the details of the legal split, if this information were any true then Shaunie made $240,000 in a year by just being an ex-wife.
