‘Bargain Mansions’ Season 3 premiered on April 14, 2020, at 9 pm ET/PT, on HGTV. It aired its eighth episode on June 2, 2020. Since the third season was the series’ highest-rated installment, in September 2020, HGTV ordered six additional episodes from the show. ‘Bargain Mansions’ Season 3 Episode 9 premiered on November 9, 2020, at 9/8c and since then four more episodes have aired leaving two in the balance.

Hosted by Tamara Day, the wife of Bill Day and a proud mother of four children, the show will be taking a break from airing on December 29, but you can stream two back-to-back episodes of ‘Celebrity IOU’ instead. Our guess is that Tamara and her crew might have taken a little break to celebrate the holiday season.

However, in order to keep viewers engaged even when the show is on breaks, she keeps on giving her fans home renovation tips through her Instagram handle. She recently posted pictures of beautiful bathroom vanities, giving tips on how to brighten up the place. “Bathroom vanities are such a fun place to throw a pop of color and I love how both of these main bathrooms are so completely different but equally fun and gorgeous. The pink bathroom is definitely more feminine and whimsical, but very elegant. Whereas the blue bathroom felt casual and inviting. Mixing the blue and the pink in the kids' bathroom was so fun! Although a bold choice, it can definitely mature with the kiddos up until high school. Would you go this bold with your vanity color?” she wrote on Instagram.

When she and her husband bought a foreclosed home of 5,000 square feet that had to be renovated completely, she took the responsibility of designing every inch of that house on herself. With the outstanding result she got, Day thought to herself that she could do this for a living. Now her official job is to buy neglected mansions or properties in Kansas City and turn it into nice and beautiful homes. The whole thing, starting from buying and renovating, to the end results, is documented in this series.

In the next episode of ‘Bargain Mansions’ which is titled ‘Can't See the House From the Trees’, Tamara tackles a Colonial-style home with a yard that's been seriously neglected. She must tame the overgrown grounds before putting traditional Kansas City charm into the interior with a brand-new kitchen and main suite.

The episode will premiere next Monday at 9 pm ET on HGTV.
