Baby No 13? Nick Cannon is the butt of dad jokes after announcing BIG NEWS with feeding bottle emoji
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Having children seems to be something Nick Cannon hasn't quite finished. He might be set to become a father once more, only three months after welcoming daughter, Halo Marie. Huh! Isn't that too soon? The 42-year-old TV host posted a big announcement to his 6 million Instagram followers on March 6 and probably dropped a potential bombshell.
"Expect some big news tomorrow...", he remarked in a logical fashion on his Instagram Story, adding the eyes and a baby bottle emoji to the end of his message. His supporters flocked to the comments area of his Twitter post to speculate as to what he meant when he posted the identical statement there.

Is Nick not done yet?
The seemingly blatant hint at Baby No 13 has made fans and followers take to social media to share their take on it. The 42-year-old's mysterious remark could be a suggestive metaphor or just a skillfully phrased announcement for a project involving babies. Given that Cannon is the father of a whopping twelve children, the news of another baby wouldn't come as a surprise.
In February 2023, the host of 'The Masked Singer' opened up to Entertainment Tonight about the possibility of having additional children after welcoming Baby No 12 in December 2022 with model Alyssa Scott. “God decides when we’re done,” Cannon remarked with a chuckle before adding, “But I believe I definitely got my hands full. And I’m so focused. I’m locked in. But when I’m 85, you never know. I might.”
What does his Twitter followers have to say?
He tweeted the identical statement, prompting followers to rush to the comments area to guess what he was getting at. While it can be challenging to track down the oddball comments on Instagram stories, the Twitter thread was ablaze with all the appropriate insults.
While one user humorously inquired if he had undergone a vasectomy, the majority of responses assumed he was about to announce he was to father another child, with jokes flying all over the place. One user jibed, "This isn't big news, this is your normal...another added to the lineup," while another mocked, "ANOTHER BABY? Is @NickCannon about to live the reality of Cheaper By The Dozen?!"
The dad-jokes don’t end
The unconventional nature of Cannon's fertility has led to some of his buddies making fun of it. A large billboard in Los Angeles that Kevin Hart put up revealed Cannon's real phone number shortly after the 'Drumline' star became father to four children over the course of around six months beginning in December 2020. “For any advice on fatherhood? Call my best friend Nick Cannon,” the billboard read.
“It’s not about what society deems is right,” Cannon explained to Men’s Health in 2022 about having kids with different women. “It’s like, what makes it right for you? What brings you happiness? What allows you to have joy and how do you define family? We all define family in so many different ways.”
