Are Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck back together? He’s reportedly hanging out with her after Alex Rodriguez split
Former lovers Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck who dated between 2002 and 2003 have been "hanging out" at her Los Angeles residence, multiple sources say. They are believed to be spending time in each other's company after the singer broke up with her fiancé Alex Rodriguez.
Affleck who also went through a breakup with Ana de Armas not very long ago has been spotted arriving at JLo's house leading to speculation that they have rekindled their romance. However, the rumors seem to be unsubstantiated for now as none of them have confirmed the same, and people close to the couple have claimed they're nothing but good friends.

Earlier this month Lopez confirmed she had split from A-Rod after four years of being together. The couple released a statement saying that they were "better off as friends" amid claims of infidelity. "We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so," their statement to Today on April 15 read.
"We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another’s children. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support," the former couple revealed after multiple reports claimed the couple had broken up for a month.
Lopez and A-Rod had announced their engagement in March 2019 after two years of dating each other. The former baseball player went down on a knee to propose marriage during a vacation in the Bahamas. Their breakup rumors swirled in March 2021 and multiple sources said that they weren't able to spend time together because of COVID-19 restrictions. "All reports are inaccurate. We are working through some things," Lopez said at the time debunking the breakup reports and claims.
Ben Affleck and JLo reportedly hung out three times recently
Page Six published images that reportedly show Affleck going to Lopez's California home during the day. The actor was picked up in a white Escalade SUV, that allegedly belongs to Lopez, and was taken to her nearby mansion. The website published photos of Ben exiting the white SUV after being dropped off by the singer's security. In other images, Lopez was seen in the same vehicle but the duo has not been pictured together, according to Daily Mail.
A source claimed that Lopez and Affleck have hung out three times in recent days, with the 'Gone Girl' star leaving his car at the Hotel Bel-Air and being picked up in the white Escalade before being taken back to the hotel several hours later. However, a separate source told Page Six that the couple is friendly and there is no romance brewing between the two. "They are friends … they’ve never not been," the insider said.
A TMZ report also stated that the couple has been friends since their breakup which happened two decades ago. They reported that Lopez has a modus operandi of remaining friendly with all her exes. She has also maintained business relationships with some of them including Marc Anthony and A-Rod.
