Kanye West's friend says rapper must own up to bizarre behavior and apologize to ‘people he hurt’
You know you have truly messed up when even your steadfast friends demand that you own up to it. And in Kanye’s case, the Internet is not only glad that he is asked to hold himself accountable it is also because it has finally come from one of his closest friends.
Harley Pasternak, 48, and Kanye West, 45, go way back, more than a decade, almost 15 years. He is a celebrity trainer and is someone who vouches for Kanye’s character. He however acknowledges that his recent actions have not been up to the mark. He even publicly suggested that Kanye apologizes for all the hurt he has caused and for all the offensive statements he has made.

"Kanye has been a friend of mine for 15 years and he's an incredible human being who's having some tough health issues and making some poor choices." Pasternak said, in a report by The Sun. He also goes on to add, "I think at some point he will make right the things that he's doing and go back to making beautiful music [and] designing fashion."
Pasternak also makes one thing very clear: That he should "apologize to the people that he's hurt. He needs to do that."
Kanye’s actions have been bizarre and utterly absurd in the recent times. Recently, the rapper was embroiled in controversy for wearing a t-shirt that said, ‘White Lives Matter’ to his daughter North’s basketball game. He was heavily criticized not just for wearing the t-shirt, but for being inconsiderate as to what it would mean for his daughter and the possible flack she may garner for it.
"Doing this at his daughter's event is 1000x worse than doing it at a fashion show. Like, if he's there to draw attention to himself, he's not there to support her. So spiritually ugly." One is quoted to have said, according to The Sun. Another commenter had written, “North is also at the age to be extremely embarrassed by this. I feel awful for her."
West has also been in the limelight for other newsworthy behavior in the recent times, like publicly exposing the name of his children’s school and the location- thus compromising the security of the institution. He also talks about wanting his kids to enroll into his own Donda Academy, which ex-wife Kim Kardashian seems to have outright rejected.
