Josh revealed in the video how he got rejected by two women due to which he had to return back his home. However, Josh concluded the video while addressing all the online hate that Jackie and Marshall are receiving. He apologized to Marshall and Jackie and noted, "I think if anybody wants to be upset with anybody, they should be upset with me."
However, alongside the video, Josh elaborated in the caption, I am only human and have made some mistakes in the process of filming the show that I can recognize and take accountability for." He further noted, "I have never claimed to be toxic or have wanted to be known as toxic and I’m sorry for the people I hurt in the process of everything." Josh made it clear that he has 'no animosity towards Marshall or feel any type of way.'
Josh later took to his Instagram Stories to address the coffee shop date with Jackie. Josh revealed that after the coffee shop, he also asked Marshall if they could speak off-camera. Josh continued, "Again my intentions were never to hide anything, but to be real. I made a few mistakes but went onto the show with the right intentions - Marshall and I have been cool since. I waited to say all this till the end to avoid people thinking I was only apologizing when I got the heat." Josh concluded his statement and said, "I respect everyone's opinion and will continue to leave my comments on as I have this whole time."
'Where is Jackie's accountability?'
Soon after Josh shared his video taking accountability for his mistakes, the social media users asked the same from Jackie. An Instagram user wrote, "Josh, I appreciate you for taking accountability. However it should be Jackie making this video not you. She owes Marshall an apology for those words that she used in those text message. I think I’m more upset about that then her breaking his heart because I do understand it at the end of the day sometimes relationships just doesn’t work out. But the question his manhood like she did, and those text messages that shit was just flat out wrong." Another fan commented, "Where is Jackie accountability." Another follower added, "At least YOU’RE taking accountability…where is Jackie with her video? Smh."
However, Jackie also commented on Josh's video which received brutal outrage from the followers. Another user noted, "How about you do the same thing taking accountability for your actions the fact you just show receipts instead of doing what your bf did says a lot you have hide behind your boy toy to save your ass when you can’t be women and make an actual apology." Another follower said, "Take accountability for calling that boy sweet and insinuating that he was gay." "Where is your apology video?" asked another person.
