'Love Is Blind' Season 4: Are Marshall and Jackie still together? Failed attraction leads to love triangle

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON: Jackelina "Jackie" Bonds, a 27-year-old dental assistant on 'Love Is Blind' Season 4, was "really conflicted" about picking Marshall Glaze, a 27-year-old marketing manager, or Josh Demas, a 31-year-old project engineer, during her time in the pods. Jackie ended up choosing Marshall, in part because she felt Josh did not support her while she was battling with her decision.

After the pods, the two got engaged and had a beautiful first encounter, with Jackie joking with the rest of the 'Love Is Blind' Season 4 group in Mexico that she and Marshall had instantly bonded physically, too. But then things went downhill. The duo's relationship has been one of the most tumultuous this season, keeping fans on their toes. So, after 'Love Is Blind', are Marshall and Jackelina still together?

Are Jackie and Marshall still together after 'Love Is Blind' Season 4?

Some 'Love Is Blind' breakups are difficult, but Season 4 delivered one that was simply heartbreaking. Although Jackie and Marshall appeared to be a wonderful fit in the dating pods, their love took a sharp turn in the real world and crashed and burned spectacularly just days before their wedding. The reasons for the split made it even more difficult to witness, as Jackie admitted she couldn't love Marshall because of her desire for Josh. That, however, was simply the tip of the deadly iceberg.

It became evident quickly that Jackie and Marshall were experiencing problems. While Marshall lavished his fiancee with filled breakfasts and lengthy, caring chats, Jackie couldn't get over the fact that they didn't have the appropriate chemistry in the one place she believed was most important: the bedroom. After Jackie ordered Marshall to "be more aggressive," a schism developed. "Like, boss up." Marshall left their shared flat when Jackie said that he wasn't a man, admitting to his castmate Brett Brown that he believes "she wants that toxic kind of love."

And in Josh, her second pick from the pods, Jackie discovered the type of love (or, at the very least, attraction) she was looking for. Jackie sent a clear message to Marshall when she skipped her wedding dress fitting in order to reconcile with Josh. Everything culminated in one of the most awkward and agonizing breakups in 'Love Is Blind' history.

Did Jackie and Josh break up after 'Love Is Blind'? 

Jackie and Marshall were in a difficult situation in episode eight. Marshall arrived at Chelsea Griffin's birthday party without Jackie and informed her he wasn't sure where the pair stood. Josh, another contender with whom Jackie connected in the pods, also attended the celebration and expressed his affection for Jackie, finally urging her to choose him over Marshall if she wasn't sure she wanted to marry Marshall.

A TikTok video of Jackie and Josh leaving a baseball game together on April 3 sparked dating rumors and speculation that Marshall and Jackie had broken up. "This reunion is going to be more wild than the whole show," one spectator speculated.

Shortly after, a series of leaked emails and Instagram direct messages reportedly from Jackie fueled speculation that Jackie had begun dating Josh before the 'Love Is Blind' filming wrapped. Someone identified as Jackie in the screenshots mocks Marshall and says they have to "make it stretch for TV."

Another screenshot posted by users shows an Instagram direct message reportedly from Jackie on May 1 with the caption "my baby" and a photo of Jackie and Josh. The female described as Jackie stated her bachelorette celebration occurred on May 3 in the leaked screenshots, reportedly shared as an Instagram story to an unknown account.

Marshall later tweeted, "The only 'sugar' I got goes on those f***ing pancakes." He included pancakes emoji in response to the vulgarity used in the screenshotted text chat. He re-posted it on TikTok with the remark, "Now kindly stop tagging me on that video."

Jackie sparks cheating rumors

In one of the most recent 'Love Is Blind' episodes, Jackie seems to go on a coffee date with Josh instead of attending her wedding-dress fitting. In the shown sequence of events, Jackie appears to agree to pursue a relationship with Josh before breaking things off with Marshall. Marshall says he wants the engagement ring back in the break-up scene, and Jackie replies she'll keep it.

Some social media users on TikTok came to the conclusion that Jackie "cheated" on Marshall. "I am not sure what the reason is for playing the coffee shop date before the break-up, but to restate, Marshall and I were broken up before Josh and I had our coffee shop date," Jackie stated in part on Instagram. "As for the ring," she said, "Marshall did not pay for the ring, 'Love is Blind' paid for all the rings."

Marshall, for his part, responded to a TikTok comment wondering why he wanted to keep it so desperately with a humorous TikTok sound stating, "I'm leaving here with something."

Did Marshall date another 'Love Is Blind' contestant after splitting with Jackie? 

Marshall has claimed that following his breakup with Jackie, he dated a fellow cast member from Season 4. Marshall said that following his breakup with Jackie, he approached another cast member, and the two dated for a while, as per E! News.

So, who was this mysterious woman? It turned out to be Kacia Clark. She was the 31-year-old family support expert who didn't receive much air time. While we didn't see much of Marshall and Kacia interact in the pods, this might be due to what made the final cut, since obviously a relationship was built between the two. "I actually reached out to Kacia," Marshall explained. "We tried." He went on to say that things grew problematic since their relationship was too intimately linked with the 'Love Is Blind' event, which complicated matters and led to the relationship's demise.

"I wanted to just distance myself from all of that, from that experience," Marshall explained. "It was going to be difficult to try to make a relationship with Kacia. Still to this day, I'm apologetic about starting something and getting her hopes up with me going back in my shell-like, ‘This isn't really the time or the place,'" as per the outlet. 

Season 4 of 'Love Is Blind' is airing in its entirety on Netflix. 'Love Is Blind: The Live Reunion' will begin promptly at 5 PM PT/8 PM ET.
