OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA: GloRilla is one of the most successful new musicians in the business. However, her time in the Bay Area came to an end as she left her Oakland after-party without performing, setting off a fan-instigated anger frenzy in which people threw drinks and spit at the 'FNF' rapper.

GloRilla was reportedly paid $30,000 to perform at a club in Oakland, California. It's unclear exactly what started the brawl. When she arrived, everything proceeded as planned, but things suddenly changed when Glo failed to perform for an unknown reason, as reported by Hiphop DX.

What happened to GloRilla at the club?

The incident took place at night on Wednesday, February 7, at an Insomnia club called New Karibbean City. GloRilla visited the Oakland club for a performance while on her 'Anyways, Life's Great' Tour, reported MSN. The performance, however, never took place. As a result, GloRilla was spotted departing the location after a brief "walk-through." As Glo was being guarded by security, a fan was soon seen tossing a drink at her which landed right on her jacket, which enraged her and her friends.

Online videos of the incident showed the rapper being taken by a group of people as a woman tossed a drink at her and started cursing at the rapper. The rapper was moved to safety by a security team when the Memphis resident spotted her and pointed her out, as reported by TMZ.

After the rapper kept bringing up the angry fan, a woman on Glo's side got into an argument with her, and the two nearly exchanged punches before security stepped in. "F**k you b***h, weak a*s b***h," the angry fan can be heard saying in the video before spitting on GloRilla.

The incident is unexpected, especially given the recent breakout success that GloRilla has experienced. She gained notoriety thanks to her tune 'F.N.F. (Let's Go)', which also earned the rapper her first Grammy nomination for Best Rap Performance. However, there were only a few rowdy fans, who were disappointed that she didn't perform, not the entire club as the internet is portraying, as per TMZ

Promoter Con B of Insomnia Entertainment said that he paid an executive at Glo's label CMG $30K to hear the Grammy-nominated star get lit and is wanting a full refund, but is refusing to take responsibility for fans turning against Glo. However, Glo was never under contract to perform for $30K, according to sources close to the case. Glo's CMG boss Yo Gotti has confirmed this after learning about the incident on Instagram.

'30K to hear her mumble?'

One user tweeted, "30k to hear her mumble? that’s the real crime." Another said, "Glorilla does this a little too often. Showing up late, not performing." A third said, "They become famous and forget how they started." A

fourth chimed in, "Her raps sounds exactly like that fight so it doesn’t make any difference." "I guess her ratchet Memphis friends wasn’t with her?" said a fifth.
