On the platform X (formerly Twitter), the user @TateNews, well-known for providing regular updates on Tate and his activities, recently shared significant information.

The account posted about statements from Tate's lawyer and the outcome of a decision related to his assets, which was expected to be determined by the judge of the Bucharest Court of Appeal.

In the first tweet, @TateNews reported, "Tate's lawyer said the Tate brothers want to be able to leave Romania to visit their family. She also declined to talk about Andrew's new girlfriend."

In a subsequent tweet, @TateNews delivered breaking news: "BREAKING: The judge postponed the decision regarding assets until November 6th. The judge also postponed the judicial control decision until the 17th of November."

It appears there was some initial confusion about the dates, and @TateNews later corrected the information in another tweet, stating, "CORRECTION ITS VICE VERSA. they will find out about their judicial control 6.11 and assets 17.11 My fault."
