As reported by the New York Post, a 77-year-old man named Kenneth Darlington was observed on Tuesday calmly approaching a group of protesters who had blocked the Pan-American Highway in the Chame sector.

The demonstration was in opposition to a proposed mining contract involving a Canadian company.
