BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Andrew Tate recently expressed his perspective on effective work strategies on the platform 'X' (formerly Twitter).

The outspoken social media figure emphasized the importance of working hard rather than relying solely on working smart, conveying this message through his platform TateSpeech.

Tate consistently shares insights through his TateSpeech videos, presenting them as resources for learning for his followers.

He utilizes both 'TateSpeech' and his 'Emergency Meeting' podcast as effective tools for engaging and communicating with his fan base.

Andrew Tate asserts working smart is bulls**t

In a recent tweet, Tate shared his perspective on the balance between working hard and working smart. He expressed, "You cannot outsmart effort. Your competition isn't a lazy piece of shit like you. They work 24 hours a day AND work smart. So of course you're destroyed and insignificant in their comparison."

Tate emphasized, "Stop trying to work smart. Work hard FIRST. Once you've allocated 24 hours of your life to action and have no more seconds to give. THEN you can start trying to work smarter."

Expanding on his stance, Tate explained, "As soon as you save a few seconds, minutes or hours through "smarts." Immediately fill it back up with more work. Repeat to infinity. CRUSH THE ENEMY THROUGH BRAINS AND BRAWN. WIN."

In addition to the tweet, Tate shared a snippet from his 'TateSpeech' series, where he declared, "Everyone's heard work smart, not hard, right? That's bulls**t. That's a lie."

He added, "That's a lie because trying to work smart, not hard is what he described. And it's just a different form of laziness. Because in the hyper-competitive environment, you need someone who works smart and hard."

Tate continued, "Don't be an idiot. You want to work as smart as possible. But you should still work as hard as possible on top. If you're competing against the entire world, you want to work as, as intelligently as you can."

"So your time is efficiently used, but then you want to use all of your time so that you win, right? If you used to make $1,000 in a day, and then someone showed you how to make $1,000 in an hour, that doesn't mean that you take all day off That means that you now make $12,000 a day. Because you take the intelligent work and you just amplify it out towards, across working hard."

He emphasized, "So trying to always find a way to work smart is one of the biggest mistakes people make. I have a fairly large company. We make quite a lot of money. I have 110 people who work for me. We fire 10 people a month. Me and Luke. Luke's ruthless. Don't don't let him under estimate" Luke. Watch the full episode now exclusively on rumble."
