Despite earlier, being arrested on alleged rape and human trafficking offenses along with his brother, Tristan, the 'Top G' has managed to garner a massive fan following.

Pertaining to his whooping net worth, his fans, specifically the GenZ look up to him as an inspiration.

Tate, on the other hand, didn't limit his ventures to real estate. He made the most of his fame by establishing successful restaurants and casinos and exploring opportunities in television and fight commentary among other ventures and investments.

1. Discipline is the key

The 'Top G' believes that Discipline is the key to success. Back in May this year, Tate took to Twitter and wrote, "Discipline is the key to success. Absolutely is. If you cannot force yourself to do something that you do not want to do, how are you ever gonna put yourself through the suffering required for greatness?"

2. Speed

Tate's other tweet emphasized the importance of speed.  Cobra told his followers that nothing about the businesses can be slow. A user @jpdandrea took to Twitter to share a stance on Tate's advice.

He wrote, "Tate says it all the time. Money loves speed. Business loves speed. The most successful businesses that I've started took a week to get started. With the least amount of money possible used. When you critically think about it, it doesn't take that much to get started."

He added, "Most people are simply lazy and they try hard to hide behind their laziness with every manner of limiting belief. I need money to start, I need a company..." whatever it may be. You simply need to know the must-have aspects of that business and get those done. ASAP! So quit being lazy and get started."

3. Choose your friends wisely

Tate has always acknowledged the importance of having the best network of like-minded hustlers that can lead to the best businesses. 

He wrote on Twitter, "As a man you must EARN your friends. The harder you work, the more important you become. The more important you are, the more important your friends will be. And important friends improve your life EXPONENTIALLY."
