Ana Navarro shades other 'The View' co-hosts as she calls Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar her 'favorites'

On being asked, 'What’s your favorite part of being a co-host?', Navarro said, 'Frankly, it’s getting to work with people like Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Fans, viewers, and live audiences of ‘The View’ would like to believe that the all-woman panel that appears in front of them gets along more often than not. However, that isn’t always the case. Some cost co-hosts are better acquainted with each other than the others, and some have cutthroat arguments (Yes, we talking about Sunny Hostin and Alyssa Farah Griffin here).

Nevertheless, there’s often at least something resembling respect and friendship amongst the co-hosts of ‘The View’. This is why when given the chance, Anna Navarro gave her co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar a little shoutout. However, she left out Sunny Hostin, Alyssa Farah Griffin, and Sara Haines, which hasn't gone unnoticed.

Navarro answers burning questions

While a lot of the important segments happen on-air in front of a live audience, sometimes Navarro takes the camera backstage to answer burning questions from the fans. One such question was, “What’s your favorite part of being a co-host?” Navarro seemed prepared with her answer as she responded, “Frankly, it’s getting to work with people like Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar. Hearing different perspectives from people who are different ages, different parts of the country, different experiences growing up and just having a platform of millions of people watching a day. I’m a little refugee girl from Nicaragua, so being able to have this platform on national tv on an iconic show that’s been going on for 26 years, is an enormous enormous honor I wouldn’t take for granted.”

While Navarro’s statement about ‘The View’ and her experience was heartwarming, and of course, the shoutout to Goldberg and Behar didn’t go amiss, what about Haines, Griffin, and Hostin?

Tensions continue on ‘The View’

‘The View’ is no stranger to fights and arguments among the co-hosts, and most recently, the tension has been thicker than ever because of the ongoing fight between Griffin and Hostin over politics and talking over each other. According to The Sun, Navarro also snapped at Hostin and claimed that her co-host irritates her. So, looks like Navarro is only mentioning the senior co-hosts in her shoutout as she easily skipped over the rest of them. Only time will tell if this little blunder will increase the tensions on ‘The View’.
