Amy has moved out of Michael's Kentucky house with her children and currently lives with her sister Tammy Slaton. However, Amy moved out soon after the alleged violent fight with Michael. Amy Slaton files an emergency protective order against Michael Halterman
Amy recently filed an emergency protective order against Michael Halterman. According to Kentucky court documents obtained by The US Sun, Amy filed a protective order on February 28. Meanwhile, just four days before filing a protective order, the reality star made a 911 call and claimed Michael had become 'violent' in their home. On February 28, Amy filed a domestic violence case in Kentucky court against her estranged husband Michael. Notably, the reality star filed an order for emergency protection on the same day. According to the documents, the protection order was amended on March 8. The order states that Michael is only allowed to have 'supervised contact with children' as long as he is accompanied by his mother and sister. The protective order didn't come as a surprise as Amy and Michael were having issues for a long.
Amy Slaton accuses Michael Halterman of domestic violence
Amy recently accused in the 911 dispatch document that Michael started 'throwing things' during a heated argument on Friday, February 24. Notably, Michael filed for divorce in their local Kentucky court just 17 days after the explosive argument. The dispatch report obtained by the outlet claimed that neither Amy nor Michael was under the influence of drugs or alcohol when the officer arrived on the scene. Amy and Michael were arguing over their split. However, soon after the heated violence, Amy moved in with her sons, Gage and Glenn, into her sister, Tammy's house.
