LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Fans of 'American Idol' Season 22 expressed discontent and disappointment over Michael Rice's elimination from the competition.

Many believed that he was unfairly snubbed for Kayko. Fans felt that Michael was more deserving of a place in the competition, citing his talent, dedication, and past performances as evidence of his worthiness.

The perceived injustice of Michael's elimination sparked frustration and debate among viewers, with some expressing their dissatisfaction with the judges' decisions.

Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote, "Kayko's spot should've gone to Michael Rice." Others thought Kayko wasn't deserving of the top 24. "Kayko INTO Top 24? Eh I wouldn't have put him through -- but YAY FOR ELLIEGH AND KENNEDY," said one. "You made us LOSE Michael (unfairly, if you ask me) so the LEAST you could do is put BOTH THROUGH," said another.

Another fan expressed their dejection, "I can't believe that both scarlett lee and michael rice didn't make it through to the top 24, They are amazing and incredible singers, And I am so not happy right now." "Re-did the math & YEP THAT'S ONLY 22 SPOTS -- so WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE LAST TWO SPOTS?? (I am now delusionally living in a world where they GAVE MICHAEL AND ZIGGY SPOTS until PROVEN otherwise)," said another. "SCARLETT AND MICHAEL BOTH DIDN'T GET SPOTS NOOOOOOOOO," remarked one viewer.
