YouTuber Nikita Dragun has come under fire on social media and is being labeled a "predator" after she posted a photo with TikTok star Alejandro Rosario on Instagram recently.

Eagle-eyed social media users had noticed that Dragun had commented on one of Rosario's posts, writing, "u 18 now right? ...asking for a friend." Rosario replied to the comment writing "mhm." Dragun then posted a picture of her with Rosario on Instagram stories on Sunday, 10 days after Rosario had posted his photo on Instagram. Screenshots of all the posts were shared by a Twitter user who wrote, "She’s fast."

After the tweet went viral, the Twitter user commented, "For those who didn’t read the comments, I stated she was “fast” because of how quick these sequence of events went. I had no clue she was 25 because not even a month ago Nikita stated she was turning 21 in the year of 2021 on her IG. Y’all stay blessed though." However, many are pointing out that Dragun's comment on Rosario's photo was predatory.

One user wrote, "this is a clear example of a predator. watch for people that literally wait until someone is “of legal age”. legal age does not mean it’s appropriate. man or woman, does not matter. you’re very gross @nikitadragun." They continued, "a person in their mid-twenties with a whole career and a person who is still in high school/newly graduated have ZERO things in common. even their brains are different. plz do not condone this behavior."

A user tweeted, "'Waiting' for someone to become legal is RAPEY AF. That is predator behavior." Another wrote, "no she’s disgusting. if you’re waiting for a minor to turn legal you’re still a predator. plus what would a 25-year-old want with an 18-year-old anyways how do you not still see them as a kid." A user opined, "if you are 18 and the person hits on you that is over 7 years older than you is fine. but if they waited for you to turn 18 means that they were lusting for a child. predator behavior. yes @NikitaDragun im talking to you."

Who is Alejandro Rosario?

Alejandro Rosario is a TikTok star where he has more than five million fans. His TikTok account includes comedy skits, vlogs, tradition videos and more, and the very first TikTok video was of him wrestling with his dogs. He reached the 250,000 fan mark in August 2019. Currently, he has more than 1.5 million followers on Instagram, where he posts pictures of himself sporting different looks.

Rosario turned 18 years old on January 14th, this year and is of Costa Rican and Dominican descent. He is from West Paterson, New Jersey. His mother's name is Adriana Villalta and he has a younger brother named Emiliano. He grew up in a Catholic family and has been playing soccer competitively for many years.

Rosario also started his own TikTok group called "The Lollipop Boys" with whom he works together on new content. The members include Alvaro Romeo, Mattia Polibio, Kairi Consentino, and Roshavn Diah, though he often works with Mattia, who first got him into TikTok. 

In February 2015, he started his YouTube channel of the same name. He sells his own merchandise through a third-party website and also offers his fans personalized Cameo videos.
