Adam Busby from 'OutDaughtered' knows how to give good advice and he recently took to Instagram to tell people to take a break from their busy lives and relax.

The reality star shared an adorable picture of Parker sleeping as he noted that it is necessary for people to stop and unwind for a while.

"Peace... Sometimes its good to just stop... I snapped this photo this week as I walked out of my office and peered down the foyer and into the living room," he noted. "The house by no means was quiet at the time, but noticed Parker perfectly at peace in front of the fireplace."

He shared that as much as it is important for people to be on their toes to achieve something, it is also important to sit for a while and take a break.

"It was that reminder that I needed that rest is good. There is a time for hustle, but there is a time to be still. I’m not still enough... Love this photo," he added.

Fans were quick to respond to the picture noting that Busby was right. One user noted, "SO PRECIOUS!!! You're exactly right. It's ok to stop and rest!!". Another added, "So true! Thanks for sharing!!!"

Recently, Adam also discussed how a simple act by his daughter helped him think about the struggles that people with depression go through.

"I had one of those epiphany moments taught by my 4-year-old Riley today. I was playing with the girls in the yard and was entrusted by her to hold onto her 'beautiful yellow leaves' that she found on the ground," he wrote.

Adam noted how he and his daughter saw things differently as he would have probably walked by the leaf without noticing it, unlike Riley, who decided to cherish the leaf.

"I would have passed by those leaves that were sitting there in a sea of others and never given them a second thought or glance," he said.

"She sought them out, claimed them as hers and called them beautiful. She paced them in my hand and told me to keep them safe,"

Adam shared how people often walk past someone who might be going through depression. He advised people to reach out to loved ones or talk to people who they think might need someone to talk to.

"You are beautiful and you are loved, no matter what your head fools you into thinking. Reach out to a loved one and don’t be afraid to talk," he wrote.
