Based on the real-life story of the newly married couple, Candra Torres and her husband Jose “Julio” Torres, Lifetime’s latest thriller, ‘A Murder to Remember’, follows Robin and Javier who befriend a stranger in the middle of the woods and decide to camp the night together. However, only moments later, Robin hears a shot fired and runs into the woods to see her husband lying dead from the gunshot. Sam says Javier got shot accidentally when the two men fumbled during the rifle handoff, causing it to go off. But was it really an accident? And why does Sam choose to help Robin? Maddie Nichols

Maddie Nichols is an American actress, born in Baton Roge, Louisiana, USA. She began acting at the age of 10 and pursued her interest in filmmaking with student projects and short films with friends. Over the course of her career, Nichols has appeared in more serious roles. Drawing inspiration from creative crew members, who are also Nichols’s close friends, the actress hopes to direct projects of her own. She plays the lead role of Robin In ‘A Murder to Remember’, a young girl, who finds herself in a complicated situation following the death of her husband, Javier, under mysterious circumstances. 

TC Matherne

TC Matherne as Sam Turner (Lifetime)

TC Matherne was born Thomas Chris Matherne III. He plays the role of Sam Turner in Lifetime thriller. When Sam first meets Javier and Robin, he impresses them with his knowledge of fishing and convinces them to spend the night with him. Following Javier’s death from what Sam believes was an accident, he offers Robin help. The latter lays her trust in a stranger unaware of the dangers she was inflicting on herself. Matherne’s other notable works include, ‘Godzilla: King of the Monsters’ from 2019, ‘True Detective’ and 2018’s ‘The First’.

Kevin Rodriguez

Kevin Rodriguez as Javier (Lifetime)

Kevin Rodriguez is known for portraying Junior Valdes in Season 6 of ‘Power’. He appeared in an episode titled ‘Whose Side Are You On?’ He’s seen as Javier, Robin's husband, in ‘A Murder to Remember’. Rodriguez has the experience of working in short films such as ‘Arm Bar’, ‘Swipe Right’ and ‘Metrocard’.
