'90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?' Season 7: Sumit wants children with Jenny to please his parents
NEW DELHI, INDIA: Sumit has severe concerns about his future with Jenny that he must address. In an exclusive clip from Sunday's new '90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?,' Sumit surprises his close friend by admitting that he might want to have kids with Jenny in the future, despite never expressing such a wish before.
Sumit Singh had a sudden change of heart about becoming a father in a preview clip for the upcoming episode of '90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?' Sumit and his wife, Jenny Slatten, have been a part of the '90 Day Fiance' franchise for several years, initially appearing in Season 1 of '90 Day Fiance: The Other Way' and lasting through seasons 2 and 3. The pair has been together for almost a decade and just married, and '90 Day Fiancé' viewers have witnessed the entire extent of their marital difficulties.

Sumit tells his business buddy Rohit in a 'Happily Ever After' teaser clip that he is thinking about having kids with Jenny. Rohit replies with a startled face that echoes Sumit's parents' stated emotions, since the 30-year age difference between Jenny and Sumit offers apparent challenges for this plan. Sumit answers, "Can adopt, or I can do surrogacy." Sumit feels that his parents want him to have kids in order for him to have a stable future, but Rohit points out that this is a new desire for his buddy, one that appears ill-advised and bogus. "If Sumit will adopt a kid, I don't know if it will resolve the things or make things more complicated," Rohit adds.
When pressed on the subject, Sumit claims that he has never discussed the possibility of having kids with Jenny. Jenny has three grown kids from a previous marriage, as well as numerous grandchildren, and viewers of '90 Day Fiancé' have already chastised Sumit for being greedy in wanting Jenny to have more kids. Rohit has a similar reaction, advising Sumit that he and Jenny "have to understand each other now and also after marriage have to understand each other." Sumit further states that he does not want to relocate to America, since he will "lose his family for good" if he follows Jenny there. "We are living a better life here. The most important thing, I feel like if I go to America, I'm gonna lose my family for good. I'll lose my friends, I'll lose my work, like, I'll lose the life that I wanted," he tells the cameras.
'90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?' Season 7 airs Sundays at 8 pm ET on TLC.
