Last Monday, March 9, the young actor was driving alone, in his hometown, Yucaipa, California, around 3 am, when he suddenly lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a utility pole, as reported. The coroner from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department pronounced him dead at the scene, while the department’s Accident Investigation Team continues to dig further into the incident. Brino was 21 at the time of death.

People knew him as the child actor who appeared on the WB family comedy-drama ‘7th Heaven’. Lorenzo Brino played the role of Sam Camden, one of the Camden twins on the show and appeared on the series between 1999 and 2007. This was the actor’s only but significant acting credit. For those who are unaware, he joined ‘7th Heaven’ when he was only five months old. He starred opposite his own brother, Nikolas, as his other twin, David. Both the brothers became a part of the family comedy from its third season. Initially, the plot had quadruplet siblings but later focused on Sam and David, making the Camden twins a full-time duo on the show.

Brino’s family, friends and fans are heartbroken. Some of them took to social media and online platforms to express their grief and condolences.

One of his friends, Stephen Dulay, shared a video tribute in the memory of the actor, he captioned the video saying, “We were blessed to have Lorenzo Brino’s Beautiful soul in our lives. The amount of people he touched with his character and charm was unbelievable. He was a loyal friend and an amazing brother. He would always get my back no matter what. Rest In Peace Brother.”

Brino’s aunt also shared a post as a tribute to her nephew, saying: 'To my dear sweet nephew, your loss left a hole in my heart. God needed another Angel and he took you. Please watch over your mom and dad. You[r] sister Mimi, brothers, Antonio, Zachary and Nicholas ... You got a big job up there.”

According to another news report, Brino’s quadruplet sister, Mimi Brino also paid a tribute to her brother in a heartfelt message and photo on Instagram. She said,
“You might be gone but it’s true when people say 'gone but never forgotten. Saying that you were a blessing is an understatement. You brought light to so many lives and you did so much with the too short of a life that you had. I had the privilege of growing up side by side with you for an absolutely wild 21 years. Believe me when I say that you drove me so insane at times, but you were also a part of some of my most cherished memories. I am so so happy to know that I was beyond loved by you and that I forever have a guardian angel by my side. Rest In Peace Lorenzo, I love you now and I’ll love you forever."
