LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The 65th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony will commence at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on February 5, 2023. The ceremony will recognize some of the best songs, compositions, music videos, and artists from October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022. The nominations were announced on November 15, 2022. The event will be hosted by none other than Trevor Noah who was the host of the 'Today' show.
We are seeing some record-breaking animations in the Grammies this year. Beyonce is leading the nominations with nine and is now tied with her husband Jay-Z as the most nominated artist in Grammy history with a career total of 88 nominations. The next artist following Beyonce is Kendrick Lamar with eight nominations. He has garnered a lot of positive criticism with his album 'Mr Morale & the Big Steppers'. Following Lamar, we have Adele and Brandi Carlile with seven nominations each. Another artist making history is Bad Bunny whose album 'Un Verano Sin Ti' became the first Spanish-language project to be nominated for Album of the Year.
